Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of all products in bObles ApS's webshop at bobles.com including other domains owned by bObles ApS.
These terms and conditions are accepted by the customer when placing an order and will furthermore be available at all times on the bObles webshop. Please thoroughly read these. We are continuously updating the terms and conditions - changes will be shown on on this page.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship to the UK due to the new Brexit regulations. We are working on it, and hope we will be able to ship to the UK soon.
bObles online services
The commercial part of bobles.com is bObles' online ordering, buying and information services. You can order online 24 hours a day. We hope that you will have a great experience with our webshop.
We handle orders Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 am. Orders that are placed outside this period will be handled the following business day.
bObles ApS is subject to the Danish Data Protection Act and any handling of private data complies with Danish data protection legislation. bObles ApS is cf. the Danish Data Protection Act to be regarded as the responsible party for the information that is registered about customers and visitors on www.bobles.com. By placing an order on www.bobles.com, you agree to our private data protection policy.
bObles collects information about you in different ways when you use www.bobles.com. The following guidelines describe what kind of information we collect, how we process the data and whom you can contact in case you have comments or questions about our guidelines.
What kind of data do we collect?
bObles collects user data in two ways: through "cookies" and registration.
bObles will generally only ask for personal and user-related data when the customer signs up for newsletters, competitions or other services such as bObles Tumbling Time events that can be reached directly through our website. Personal data collected by bObles is primarily limited to e-mail addresses, names, addresses, gender and age, but can also contain other data, which in these cases are optional for the user.
By placing an order in the webshop, bObles ApS requests of the customer: name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, which are necessary information for executing the order. The data is solely used to process the order. The data are transmitted and stored electronically unencrypted and are stored for 5 years.
You can sign up on an optional mailing list at bObles to receive ongoing news and information from bObles. Subscription for this service can at any time and without cost be cancelled.
bObles does not save names or e-mail addresses on users who have cancelled services.

How do we protect your personal data?
It is important for bObles that your personal data are stored safely and confidentially. The access to all personal data on www.bobles.com is limited to trusted employees at bObles ApS and our security precautions are continuously supervised to determine if the customer data are handled safely and under consideration of your customer rights.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee 100% safety when transferring data on the internet. There is always a risk for an unwarranted force of entry to our protected data before they reach our servers when data is sent and stored electronically. So, we can’t guarantee the safety of your data even though bObles tries its utmost to protect your personal data. So you are sending your data on your own risk.
Who are we sharing your personal data with?
bObles will under no circumstances pass on or sell personal data, which can be connected to identifiable individuals to third parties without your explicit permission. Just as we will never pass on or sell log files or other standard information to third parties.
Alterations of guidelines
The fast development of the internet can justify alterations in our processing of private data if deemed necessary. As a result, bObles reserves the right to update and alter the guidelines in this document. When we do make alterations, we also update the date for “last updated” at the bottom of the document. bObles will notice you in case of substantial alterations by posting a notice on www.bobles.com.
Your information and alteration/deletion of personal data
By visiting bObles you are accepting the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
If your personal data change, for instance, your e-mail address or if you no longer wish to use the services you have subscribed to on bobles.com then you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
The order is considered final when bObles has confirmed the order. If bObles is not able to execute your order as a result of, for example, the product is sold out, then bObles will contact you as soon as possible. You are responsible for that the entered personal data are correct, as bObles won’t validate or verify the data.
Prices and payment
The current price is the one, which is displayed on the day of the order on the website for the product concerned. All prices are listed in DKK and including Danish VAT pro tem. 25%. We reserve the right to alter prices with immediate effect. The shipping expenses are not included. Any order on the website will include an additional charge to cover the shipping expenses. The shipping expenses will be apparent on the order and likewise on the order confirmation that is forwarded. Orders over 500 DKK qualify for free delivery. bObles ApS accepts Dankort/VISA-Dankort/MasterCard/Maestro/JCB/American Express. The payment will be charged when we ship your order.

bObles ApS encrypts your credit card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized third parties can’t access your credit card number or any other personal information during the transaction with PBS. Also notice how the website, where you put in your credit card information looks different from the rest of the webshop – this is due to regulations from PBS, which requires the website to be secure and the information to be encrypted.
bObles ApS provides delivery with GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient. The product(s) will be delivered to the address stated by the customer.
We ship the order on the same workday that you place the order if the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. – orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following workday. bObles ApS can’t state when the product will be delivered on the costumer’s home address with certainty, as bObles can’t guarantee the local shipping conditions. We will contact you in cases where the desired product isn’t in stock at the time of ordering, to inform about the ensuring process. As a customer, you have the right to cancel the order, if the service is delayed in respect to the agreement.
We deliver to Denmark, The Faroe Islands, Greenland and the rest of the EU except to Switzerland. The shipping expenses are apparent on the order confirmation and are paid by the customer. Orders over 499 DKK delivered within Denmark are shipped for free.
The customer will have to pay tariff, VAT and possibly other fees that are charged on imported products in accordance with the legislation in the country concerned when ordering outside of the EU. Unless stated otherwise, the customer is also solely responsible for the formalities involved. It is the customer sole responsibility to check whether the ordered product(s) can be imported in accordance with the country’s legislation.
You are entitled to return your order 14 days after you have received your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you need to return the product in essentially the same condition and amount including packaging as you received it. This means that the product will not be considered returned if the product is not returned in the same amount and condition as you received it, as the packaging accounts for a considerable amount of the product’s value. The customer is responsible for that the returned product is carefully packed. Therefore, you are encouraged to keep the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the product. In case the package is lost, and you haven’t sent it as an insured parcel the shipment will be your own responsibility. When the returned product is received and accepted the purchase will be refunded to your account. The amount will be returned to your account immediately when bObles ApS has received the returned product and has had the opportunity to inspect the product, which generally will be 14 days after receiving the product at the latest. Note that expenses concerning the return will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. Read the practical details under “Complaints and return policy”.
Complaints and return policy
If you experience a faulty product, something missing or a non-delivery please contact email@example.com.
The return of products also needs to be effected by this address – note that we don’t receive parcels on an additional claim. Returning a product can also be done by omitting to pick up the parcel from the posthouse or by omitting to receive the parcel.
You can expedite correct handling by including a copy of the order confirmation/invoice, a copy of a possible prior correspondence and the account number for the bank account that you wish the repayment to be transferred to, but you don’t have to. However, you have to provide a form of identification so we can register who the parcel is from and where the money has to be repaid.
bObles ApS expects you to ship the products as soon as possible after you have noticed us about the cancellation, and you have to send the products that you want to return 14 days after you have cancelled at the latest.
A full refund cannot be given if:
- You have used the products for its purpose.
- The product has been damaged while it was in your custody.
- You have handled the products in other ways than you normally would for examining the nature of the type of product and its features.
Your purchase is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means, depending on the situation that you can either have a faulty product repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction.
Claim – if you receive a faulty product
The claim must be legitimate, and the defect must not have been caused by misapplication or tortious interference.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact bObles ApS within a reasonable amount of time after you become aware of the problem. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and within 2 months after you become aware of the problem.

Please describe as detailed as possible, what the problem is when you return a product because of a claim. It is not a requirement, but it makes the processing easier and expedites the processing time.
If the claim is legitimate, we will, of course, refund the reasonable shipping expenses you have, when you are returning the product. If not, you have to pay all shipping expenses including our shipping expenses for the return of the product after the examination. Just as we can charge an amount up to 500 DKK for the examining of the product.
Please ensure you pack the return safely and get a receipt for the dispatch. The products are your responsibility until we receive them. Please keep receipts and tracking codes as proof of sending the items back.
Note! We don't receive parcels on an additional claim or the like.
In case of an agreed abatement, returned products or prepaid products, which are cancelled before being shipped, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are normally done by bank transfer and bObles ApS needs your registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be sent by e-mail or another traditional form of correspondence.
These terms and conditions, together with the prices on the website, contact details and personal data policy, make up the overall agreement which is related to the delivery of products to you.
