Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of all products in bObles A/S's webshop at bobles.com including other domains owned by:

These terms and conditions are accepted by the customer when placing an order and will furthermore be available at all times on the bObles webshop.
During the holiday season, our phone lines will be closed from December 20th to January 2nd.
We’ll respond to emails, but please expect longer response times than usual.
Emails will not be answered on public holidays or weekends.
1. SUBMISSION OF ORDERS
- Find the product you like. Then click “ADD TO CART”. In the shopping bag you have to apply that you agree with our terms and conditions and then you can click on the “CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of the page when desired products are in the shopping cart.
- Continue through the checkout process, and chose either:
- to fill in your details; name, shipping address etc. or
- create a customer account for future use.
- You can check the products and total amount during check out.
- Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” when you have filled in all the information.
- Then check if your shipping address is correct. Choose your shipping method and click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD".
- When you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
- At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further, and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.
- Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the terms and conditions for your order. However, you enter into a binding sales contract once you have received a shipping notification email from us. Therefore, bObles has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, Fair use policy and other similar situations.
2. PRICES
All prices are listed in EUR. The current price is the one, which is displayed on the day of the order on the website for the product concerned. We reserve the right to alter prices with immediate effect.
The prices on our webshop have VAT included following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which bObles A/S cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
We are not able to re-send an order from our warehouse. In these cases, the order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place a new order at www.bobles.com.
3. SECURE PAYMENT
We accept: Visa, VisaDankort, Mastercard and Maestro. No credit card fees are charged by us. Note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Payment is processed via Shopify through Nets, an approved and certified secure payment solution.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
When you buy with Klarna Faktura you will receive your goods first and then you have a payment period of 14 days. The agreement on payment with Klarna lapses if a purchase is canceled. Klarna reviews and evaluates your information, and on legitimate occasions Klarna exchanges the information with other credit reporting agencies (credit check). If the credit check result is not satisfactory, Klarna may refuse to use this form of payment and refer you to other forms of payment. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
The payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note, that it might take 2-5 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped with selected courier partners from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your order is on its way. Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs. bObles A/S is not responsible for any shipping delays once an order is in transit with a courier company.
If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, it cannot be re-sent and bObles A/S will not cover the shipping costs. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.
Depending on the country, the shipping rates vary. Please see country specific rates at the checkout
Orders delivered to non-EU countries* may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected before delivery by the carrier. You will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that bObles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Unless stated otherwise, the customer is also solely responsible for the formalities involved. It is the customer sole responsibility to check whether the ordered product(s) can be imported in accordance with the country’s legislation.
*UK: the minimum order value is €135
Note that longer delivery time may occur during sales and busy periods.
5. CANCELLATION
bObles A/S may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation occurs, and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / cancelled. Cancelling an order is possible as long as the order has not been processed at our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” or contact us by phone as soon as possible.
Should you refuse to accept the package at the door or not pick up the delivery at a pick up station for 14 days, the order will be send back to us, after which we will credit the full amount back to you. The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Exchange an item
If you wish to exchange an item to another product, please place a new order in our webshop and return the item you have already purchased.

6 RETURNS
Returning the item
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 15 days to return the products to us. In other words, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable, if it is damaged during transport.
When returning items from a non EU country, the customer is liable to cover all expenses related to shipping including import fees and taxes.

- Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original packaging. If your return item is not received in the original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction in your refund. Damaged return items are your responsibility and not bObles A/S’.
- Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please write your full name and order number.
- Send your parcel to our warehouse address mentioned below. Please make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point). We recommend PostNord, GLS or UPS.
We do not hold responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number.

We will only accept packages sent directly to this address which is bObles A/S’s warehouse. We do not accept returns sent to drop-off’s and collection points.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article. In case the package is lost, and you haven’t sent it as an insured parcel the shipment will be your own responsibility.
Refund of the purchase sum
We refund payments only for items received from you. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. If all items of the order are returned, we also refund delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
7. BOBLES A/S "FAIR USE" CLAUSE
If bObles A/S has reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, excessive/pathological buying behavior on the part of the customer, or that a customer is a professional trader with the explicit intention to resell items bought from bObles A/S, we reserve the right to reject the order with reference to this “Fair Use” clause.
In this context, suspicion is based on a number of factors, non-discriminatory criteria, including a trade-off/weighting of purchase frequency, order composition, return composition, use of free delivery and return, delayed returns/unclaimed orders, alleged missing goods in consignments either outgoing or inbound, frequent returns (ordering and returning identical items repeatedly), attempting to circumvent a previous rejection, using a false/fraudulent identity. We emphasize that the behavior is simultaneously systematic, and not random or isolated.
If we recognize unacceptable purchasing behavior as described above, we reserve the right to refuse to enter into transactions with the customers in question and/or pause the customers’ ability to buy from bObles A/S thereafter.
As in any case, a trade is only finally concluded with bObles A/S when we have sent an "order confirmation and receipt". In addition, offers and discounted items cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.
The “Fair Use” clause does not prevent customers from returning but may in specific cases prevent customers from purchasing.
8. COMPLAINTS
Right to make complaints
At bObles we do our very best to ensure that all products are of top quality and in perfect condition. When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that when you have purchased from our webshop you have a right to complain within 24 months. If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If you have received a damaged product, bought on our website or wish to file a complain please contact us on e-mail info@bobles.dk or by phone +45 3315 1040. Please attach a photo of the item, you have a complaint about and your order number. it is not always necessary to send the defective product back to us but if we ask you to do so the product should be sent to:

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
If a refund is justified, you will receive the refund no later than 14 days after we have approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified, and you have sent us the item, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The item must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

In order for the claim to be accepted the product or service received would need to be valued at a minimum of DKK 1.110 and maximum of DKK 100.000. Please note that a handling fee will be applied for processing the complaint.

9. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you. Personal data is registered with bObles A/S and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use them for their own purposes. We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.
On www.bobles.com the person responsible for data is bObles A/S You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from bObles A/S. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark

bObles A/S strives to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. bObles A/S can only be held responsible according to the laws of Denmark.
