Important update from bObles

At bObles, play, movement and safety always come first. That’s why we’d like to share an important update with you.
If your product is crumbling
Following the acquisition of bObles in summer 2025, we have become aware that some of our EVA foam products do not meet the quality standards we expect. We have received reports from customers experiencing that their products are crumbling, which we take very seriously.
We are in close dialogue with the relevant danish authorities and are working to gain a full overview and ensure that all products going forward meet the standards and quality associated with bObles.
What this means for you
If your bObles product is crumbling, we would very much like to hear from you.
We review all inquiries and will find a suitable solution, whether you purchased the product directly from us or through one of our retailers. The replacement offer covers products up to 3 years from the date of purchase and does not apply to products with expected signs of use or normal wear and tear.
How we can help you
Please send us an email at info@bobles.dk including:
• Photos of the product
• Proof of purchase date (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
• Product colour
• Your full name, address and phone number
Please include “bObles Complaint” in the subject line.
Once we have received your information, we will guide you through the next steps and arrange an easy return if your product is covered. You will receive a prepaid return label, making it easy to send the damaged product back to us.
Please note that replacement products will be shipped once they have received the necessary safety approval from the relevant danish authorities. We expect to begin shipping replacement products by the end of Q2 2026, and we will of course keep you updated as soon as we know more.
